Add a Christmas greeting inside your card. Please also write a bit about yourself, such as where you're from and what you do. The greeting's really important as it makes the card fully personalised.

Please don't include a 'Dear.....' as we will add the name of the recipient from Contact The Elderly's list.

Please also leave the back of the card blank.

Anyone can make a card - it's easy. All it takes are a few materials, a little imagination and some Christmas spirit.

Gain inspiration from our CARD-MAKING IDEAS in the next section.

Why not get your family, friends or community group on board?

HOW TO SEND A CARD

1. MAKE A CARD

2. ADD A MESSAGE

When you've made your card (or two, or three!) please pop each one in a separate envelope and attach a second-class stamp to each envelope. We ask you to do this because we have a limited budget for this pilot project.

Please do not seal the individual envelopes as we will add the recipient's name, plus a Christmas Wishes sticker to the back of each card. These contain Contact The Elderly's logo and show that the card is from a known, genuine source.

Pop your envelopes in one single, larger envelope and send to Philippa Griffin, Project Co-ordinator, at 43, Ramsay Road, Headington, Oxford, OX3 8AY
